All interactions, including emails, meetings, documents, and more, between customer success managers and clients, are stored within the Komiko platform and can be found using the extensive search functionality.

By integrating with Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics, Komiko gathers data on all client interactions and recommends success playbooks to enhance team performance. Business intelligence analyzes past renewal and expansion opportunities and recommends action that can be taken by sales team members. Komiko also aims to enhance team performance and enhance engagement by recommending specific actions to users such as setting up a meeting, scheduling a follow-up, emailing a client, and more.
