About Humanic

Humanic is a modular, web-based human resources management system (HRMS) and payroll management solution which combines employee and manager self-service, onboarding, compensation management, benefits administration, US and international payroll, time and attendance tracking, reporting, and more.

With Humanic’s employee self-service (ESS) module, employees can view and update their personal HR records, enroll in training classes, view paychecks, review their benefits and deductions, request time off, apply for in-house vacancies, view and comment on their performance appraisals, and access company files such as HR handbooks or phone directories. Managers can use the manager self-service (MSS) module to manage to-do lists for open tasks requiring approvals, maintain approval workflows, process changes in employee status and disciplinary actions, view employee education and skill records, access routine HR reports, and more. The time and attendance solution can also be used by employees to request time off, check upcoming schedules, and report exception time worked, and enables managers to assign schedules to employees, monitor attendance and absenteeism, and approve or reject time off requests and pay sheets.

Humanic’s US and international payroll modules allow users to run payroll in-house or outsource any payroll processes they choose, including W2 printing, garnishment processing, direct deposit processing, check printing, and tax filing. Integration with the general ledger, time and attendance module, and benefit carriers enables real-time data access. Humanic also offers tools for managing compensation, including hourly or salaried employees, long- and short-range compensation, and bonus eligibility, benefits administration, onboarding, and business intelligence reporting.

Key benefits of Humanic

  • The benefits administration module can be configured to match the benefits offered to employees, including eligibility and cost requirements, with automated links between benefit providers and the Humanic system to reduce errors and paperwork.

  • Through the employee self-service module, employees can view and edit their own records, access company policies, news, benefits, and paid time off balances from anywhere.

  • Onboarding forms can be automated to reduce paperwork, manual approvals, and filing, with users able to create an unlimited number of forms and orientation documents.

  • The applicant self-service (APSS) module allows applicants to search and apply for jobs online through a custom-branded careers page, and enables monitoring of applicants and identification of the strongest candidates.

  • Managers can access their employees’ HR information through the manager self-service (MSS) module, from which they can also approve suggested actions, manage to-do lists of HR tasks, view employee education and skills records, process disciplinary actions, and more.

    Truly, Humanic Payroll offers a very good service. I love the versatility of the company and its way of dealing with customers is amazing without a doubt one of the best companies in the area of web design I have no doubt.


    I really do not have any complaints, just leave me a very good impression in terms of the services offered and the quality of them and especially the most pleasant of Humanic Payroll is their way of achieving what customers want in an easy and fast way

    This software was a free trial for us but from the month we used this it was amazing. Really easy to use
