About Apex Loyalty

Apex Loyalty is a loyalty marketing and incentive automation tool designed to help businesses engage and communicate with channel partners in order to drive brand advocacy. Developed on the Salesforce platform, Apex Loyalty is a cloud-based solution designed for mid-size to enterprise level companies aiming to boost loyalty and drive sales through incentive and loyalty automation.

To facilitate engagement and interaction, Apex Loyalty provides tools including a personalized partner portal and community platform. Using the drag and drop interface, users can personalize the design of their partner platform and create a simple, mobile-optimized user experience for partners. By utilizing the self-service portal users can set up customized loyalty programs with features such as customer segmentation, redeemable points systems, built-in rewards, gamification, and more. Loyalty programs can be launched using the Apex Rewards-Ready Loyalty platform which automates the task of selecting and procuring rewards to be used as incentives, and partners or clients can earn points through advocacy tasks in order to win rewards.

With Apex Loyalty users can segment members to create and deploy tailored marketing campaigns and deliver relevant content to each segment. An unlimited number of customer segments can be created, based on CRM data, behavior patterns, or other criteria, to facilitate the collection and redemption of loyalty points. The marketing automation tools within Apex Loyalty aim to enhance communication via email or SMS campaigns, and campaigns can be customized with an adaptable rules engine.

  • Automate the process of thanking partners and customers for their loyalty with Apex Loyalty’s built-in rewards system which automatically offers incentives such as online gift cards and discount coupons.

  • Build a personalized partner portal with the drag and drop website design wizard. Partners can log in to take quizzes, watch videos, access news, reward sales transactions, and other forms of onsite engagement.

  • Create partner segmentation based on any criteria or behavior and create customized and targeted content for different partner segments. Users can also send business offers via email or SMS to target segments and incentivize sales.

  • Reward partners for their on-site engagement by assigning different points values for participation in quizzes or training programs, portal login, or viewing documents or internal messages. Use the gamification feature to incentivize engagement amongst partners.

  • Monitor campaigns via reports and dashboards to visualize how effective campaigns are and see which incentives are working. Ineffective loyalty programs can be updated based on data within reports.

    Pros

    They are very good at Loyalty campaign mechanics, gift catalog management and salesforce platform usage. The customer relations of the APEX team, which is always helpful and solution-oriented, are always dynamic and positive.

    Cons

    Communication in development agendas can be complex. In new demands, it is necessary to proceed by simplifying the subject as much as possible.

    I believe this is one the most revolutionary channel loyalty software out there!

    Pros

    Apex Loyalty does solve most of your pain points such as communicating with your independent channels and collecting insights and turning them into brand advocates. With Apex Loyalty you can also reward your channels for their sales transactions. While doing that, Apex makes it fun for the channels to be engaged in your loyalty program. Apex Loyalty is also very scalable and can be used in any industry from manufacturing to services and FMCG industry.

    Cons

    I can only speak about the challenges of starting a successful channel loyalty program mechanics. Figuring out the details of your loyalty program usually takes more time then you would think.

    Pros

    It has lots of features to manage and engage your customers.
    Cluster based activities enables you to offer differentiated activities to your customers depending on your needs.
    User friendly admin panel is one of the key benefits.
    Seems like developed with lots of learnings; you have what you need to start your CRM without much effort.

    Surprisingly, there is nothing to complain about the software. All you need is to try and see how useful it is.

    Used by such big companies, although can be used by small companies too as it has the easiest way to rewarding employees. Furthermore, not only employees but also partners. Also being cloud based and having an app are the greatest features.

    Reporting and some templates should have been customizable, or this needs to be given for users in future updates.
