Archipelia is an ERP (enterprise resource planning) software designed for small to medium sized businesses within wholesale trade, manufacturing and omnichannel trade industries. It is an agile solution which supports the digital transformation of processes, providing a full web functional base with tools that meet the needs of business management, manufacturing, PIM, logistics, CRM and marketing, accounting, and reporting / business intelligence (BI).
Organizations are able to manage all purchases, sales, and stocks using Archipelia’s tools for business management, as well as automate processes for managing logistics including the receipt, preparation and shipment of products, sub-stocks, and storage location. Tools for manufacturing allow organizations to manage technical data, net requirements calculation and scheduling, as well as monitor manufacturing and traceability. The product information management (PIM) module helps with document management, product features, and omnichannel publication.
Archipelia offers real-time integration to B2B and B2C online stores, mobile cash registers for managing point of sales, and native plug-ins for Prestashop and Magento. Tools for CRM and marketing allow users to manage sales leads and customer accounting, marketing campaigns, and more. Accounting features help users with general and analytical accounting, payments and dunning data, and bank reconciliation. Users can also create custom dynamic dashboards and reports for purchases, sales and stock, which can be exported to Excel, Powerpoint, or PDF.

Archipelia is user friendly and easy to use ERP very adapted to small and medium companies. At the beginning, It is necessary to be in a projet mindset and follow a complete training. On this topic, the editor Archiplelia is very serious and propose a high level of support to its customers.
Pros
Archipelia is the Sofware as a Service ERP to drive the day to day business. But moreover its ability to be connected with other sofware tools allows to widen the features and follow the development of the business. Like an Archipelago of complementary applications : Business Intelligence, Electronic Data Interchange, Transport Management, Artificial Intelligence....
Cons
Financial Management module works good but could improved by an integrated Cash Management module.

Archipelia fonctionne très bien et représente un véritable gain de temps pour les process...
Archipelia fonctionne très bien et représente un véritable gain de temps pour les process achats/ventes/stockage/logistique/CRM le tout avec un traitement administratif et comptable très satisfaisant. Le traitement des opérations de fabrication est une vraie difficulté que nous avons par contre du mal à dépasser, ce qui pénalise l'utilisation la plus efficiente du logiciel. La prise en main par les utilisateurs est par ailleurs relativement facile avec à leur disposition un outil fiable et leur facilitant la vie.
Pros
Archipelia propose la grande facilité d'être utilisable/consultable à partir de n'importe quel device et ne nécessitant qu'un accès à Internet, ce qui lui procure une utilisation très souple. Par ailleurs, l'interface des menus reprend toujours la même logique d'architecture, ce qui rend son utilisation très intuitive et facile. La possibilité d'export des états sur Excel permet par ailleurs une exploitation et une analyse aisées des données.
Cons
L'intégration du logiciel dans nos activités de fabrication est une tâche très difficile pour laquelle nous avons eu un accompagnement assez "light". et sur lequel nous n'avons toujours pas réussi une implémentation complète. La mutualisation des progrès du logiciel grâce aux autres utilisateurs demandant des améliorations qui profitent à tous n'est par contre que trop peu souvent une réalité. Enfin, le logiciel représente un budget non négligeable sur un compte d'exploitation mais c'est un mal nécessaire pour traiter toutes les informations de l'entreprise.
