MediaRadar is a cloud-based sales enablement tool for ad sales professionals and agencies. The online MediaRadar platform aims to streamline the sales process by providing ad sales teams with market analysis to help close more deals and to determine who to talk to, when to reach out, and what to say. Actionable insights are collected by MediaRadar through their connection with over 3 million brands around the world, and advertising agencies and sales professionals have access to this insight when making sales pitches. Data is provided on which potential businesses are ready to buy, which media formats they are interested in, what they are currently advertising, current campaign makeup and performance, and more. MediaRadar provides analysis for multiple platforms including TV, digital, print, email, events, and contacts.

Advertising agencies can also benefit from MediaRadars Agency Sales Intelligence platform which enables teams to identify prospects, build multi-media pitches, and locate the most accurate and up-to-date contact information for each lead with the aim of closing more deals. MediaRadar uses a team of experts to ensure contact portfolios are always up-to-date with verified information within a searchable database. Users can search the contact database by company, position, keyword, and more, and if the desired contact can’t be found, agency team members can submit an enquiry with the MediaRadar Contact Concierge to request updated contact information.

    Pros

    I love the flexibility the software offers and gives you that extra intelligence when presenting to customers. The staff is top notch and always there to help and answer a question.

    Cons

    I would like more training on utilizing this software. That would be beneficial since I think I am only scratching the surface!

    Pros

    The most valuable information is contact information, including email addresses and phone numbers. We all know ad sales is a numbers game and MediaRadar enables you to send out emails to multiple contacts on the same account, so you're virtually sure to get a response from someone to initiate a conversation!

    Cons

    I would like more information on the target audience. Currently MediaRadar provides an income target but not much more.

    Pros

    Very easy to use/navigate and the ability to customize individual profiles is a pro. Software customer service/representatives are very attentive and willing to help.

    Outside of major advertisers and major agencies, information is sparse or nonexistent. I've also found that b2b advertiser information is hard to come by regardless of size/spend.

    Pros

    Insight into advertising trends year over year, not just the current issue of what is running. I also appreciate that you can hunt by vertical and by territory, as our organization must use both in our sales approach

    Sometimes I do not feel like I understand the full scope of the capabilities, more trainings and such would be nice.

    Being able to connect with them directly on LinkedIN and having access to their email addresses and phone numbers.

    I don't have any major cons, except at times marketing contacts are not updated in a timely manner.
