I also see that the reward for being a "loyal" Zubie customer is to pay full price for a service that potential new customers will get at a discount. ----- ### "Don't get yourself in a bind. The portion that we really liked that zubie offered, that would give you the code if you end up with a check engine light on, it is no longer accurate. We have zubies for 7 vehicles and the zubie currently displays that all of our vehicles have major issues, ones that have been fixed, but the zubie no longer updates to what is current. It simply shows a log of all the things that have happened and it is up to you to know if it is still a situation to fix or not. Furthermore, we updated to their dashcam version in 2022 and it is not worth the $$. One of our team members had an accident and it did not record anything as they advertise. It is also painstaking to even access the footage online. Definitely wish I had never upgraded. I reached out to let them know and they sent me nothing but an email saying if I didn't want to use their services anymore then I would have to pay out my contract in full. They didn't even care as to why I was reaching out to make changes. They are all business with no customer service or heart. They are no longer a company I want anything to do with and the way I was treated is the reason I took time to get online to ensure others don't get into the same situation. > > Con artist. If you sign up with them they will bind you to a contract that equates to you paying the full contract out if you need to cancel at any point even if they don't hold up their end of the bargain. The service is not what they promise so please don't get yourself caught up. They started as just a tracking company and they should have stuck to that. We have used them for years, since 2011, and everything was fine until we updated to their new devices in 2022 because of the updated new services. Well, they definitely don't have that part down. The webcam portion is delayed and did not record when an accident happen although they claim it will. Furthermore, the maintenance section used to always update and read whether our vehicles had a light or if it was fixed. This portion no longer updates on their new devices. I am very disappointed after years of using their service. They have gone downhill and fast.
