About MYR POS

MYR POS is a point of sale solution for quick-service and takeaway restaurants which features fully integrated ordering apps for takeaway and delivery, plus offline access. MYR POS helps users streamline restaurant operations in the front, in the kitchen, and in the office with a range of features including counter registers, receipt management, rover apps for lineups, sales reports, and more. With applications for food trucks, bakeries, bars, pizzerias, ice cream parlours, franchises, salad bars, and more, MYR POS supports efficient, quick-service order management.

The kitchen display ensures orders are received immediately and allows kitchen staff to manage and organize incoming mobile and in-store orders. The MYR Rover display enables users to take orders in lineups and process them directly to the kitchen. Koomi enables users to modify orders as well as print or email receipts and print sales reports. Users can also build their own branded mobile app from which to receive prepaid takeaway orders. MYR accepts all card types for convenient online payment.

MYR enables users to track and manage kitchen orders and completed items. Users can close tickets by swiping them off the screen, rearrange tickets by dragging, or even re-open completed tickets. MYR alerts users to new tickets and allows them to customize how their tickets are printed. MYR’s admin panel gives users real-time insight into their sales and metrics and allows users to view and export sales reports for further analysis. The admin panel also enables users to manage menus, items and discounts, and set tax rates and exceptions.

  • MYR combines a POS system and an integrated mobile ordering app to serve customers faster and prevent customer loss. It also integrates directly with Uber Eats mobile ordering app to accept more orders and streamline operations.

  • Fill and complete orders in real-time at the counter, manage and organize them with a ticketless system in the kitchen, and manage it all in real-time online from the office.

  • Users can brand their own mobile app with the MYR online app for prepaid take-out and delivery orders. They can also use the drive-thru feature to take orders and send them straights to the kitchen iPad. Ultimately staff can take orders in long lineups or at the table.

  • Manage and organize orders in the kitchen with the ability to close, re-open, track, and rearrange orders in Koomi's ticketless system.

  • View sales metrics in real-time, manage & edit menu items and discounts, view and export sales reports, and more all from the dashboard.

    Pros

    Very easy to use, very easy to train new employees and very easy to set up and change menu items.... its just very easy...

    Cons

    not very much back end reporting. would like more detailed reports with time of day, week and month spending trends.

    Pros

    It is very easy to use, it is intuitive.
    It was easy to connect the IPad (MYR) to the Clover Flex terminal, to the MEV and to the bill printer.
    Also the updates are easy to make.

    Cons

    It would be nice to be able to see all the past bills somewhere online, in the reports.

    - The built from the ground up focus on QSR franchises.
    - The easy to use Koomi interface (which saves tremendously on training costs).
    - The detailed and insightful reporting.
    - The rapid turn around time on special requests and modifications to the software.
    - The stellar technical support.
    - The integration with the Clover Flex Terminal.

    Cons

    That we as an organization did not find and implement Koomi sooner.

    The Support and that it’s paperless when sending orders to kitchen or bar

    Cons

    The disconnecting of the Koomi and Clover integration

    There is no liquor tax

    No photos for categories

    No option for mandatory prompts when entering items
