Apptoto is an automated appointment reminder and messaging service that connects with existing calendars, extracts contacts and sends appointment and follow-up reminders to customers via SMS text, email or voice call to ensure they arrive on-time and prepared. As a web-based solution, Apptoto gives users the flexibility to manage appointment reminders anytime, anywhere, via any internet-enabled device.
Designed to work within the user’s existing workflow and calendar, Apptoto supports integration with multiple systems including Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, Office 365, iCloud, Salesforce, and more. Apptoto allows users to connect their existing calendar, then extract contact information, before setting up a very customized set of messages and a reminder schedule. Once customers confirm their attendance or reschedule their booking, Apptoto updates the user’s calendar automatically.
Apptoto allows users to respond to clients from the centralized dashboard or directly from their email inbox. The auto replies and actions features enables users to reply back to clients automatically. Instant notifications serve to streamline user-workflow, notifying users immediately when a client responds. Apptoto is fully customizable as well as being safe and secure, allowing users to schedule and send personalized reminders tailored especially for their business and supporting HIPAA compliant options.

I had a couple of questions and got rapid answers. Overall, it works well for capturing client appointments into Google Calendar; and contact information into the Mathnasium CRM.
Pros
Apptoto is "required" by Mathnasium. I'm pleased that an option exists for scheduling assessments and trials. I have my own internal appointment system for existing students that works well for my needs. In absence of a scheduling system, I may use AppToto.
Cons
The only "feature" that I would like to have is for a system to externalize our internal appointments.

Reasons for Switching to Apptoto
Apptoto allowed us to keep how we do scheduling and improve our system, allowing our admins to truly take care of our clients, not have to make reminder calls or follow up so many times. Being able to have the automation, the way we want it, and have the online scheduling ability with MULTIPLE calendars, is exactly what we needed. Over the last 4 years, we were able to grow by 30% each year with clients and the Apptoto system was built for scaling the business to 10X, without bringing on extra admins. I think this app is usefull for business people who are always on apointments. It helps them to not forget meetings, this way for customers and clients.
Pros
Using voice, email, and SMS text as appointment reminders is very usefull. Also you can make your oun reminders just the way you prefer it. It is an easy to use app and it's cool to cutomize it your way.
Cons
This app is kind of expensive. If you need something for few people, it would be ok, but if you have a big company, this is not the best option for you.

The apptoto team has been very helpful and accommodating to the needs for our business, they listen and make changes to the software when possible to improve it in ways that are useful to us, and the software never glitches.
Pros
Its easy to customize, communicate with our clients, sync to our google calendar, and access the customer service when we need help.
Cons
My biggest complaint was that when the client replied it did not edit the text of the calendar to add their response but they coded that in the last update :)
