Pros
Rent Manager is an all in one solution for us - managing property, accounting, communication tools, etc. They have great friendly customer service.
Cons
There are several feature requests that have been submitted and they can be a little slow on addresses those items.

It is super easy to use and navigate. User friendly.
Cons
Nothing. I like it. I have used a lot of accounting software, this is by far the easiest.

we were using the server based option and it seemed old and outdated.
Cons
maybe it was just how the bosses had it set up but not all users could get in at once.

Overall, Rent Manager is a great product for standard Property Management uses. A great option for the cost and they seem to be steadily releasing updates that actually improve the functionality of the product.
Pros
The API with AvidXchange that allows us to sync vendors, GL accounts and invoices/payments for approvals and processing.
Cons
The reports are difficult to customize within Rent Manager and the ability to export is also limited. When exporting to excel, it merges columns in an attempt to maintain the aesthetic which results in data that can't easily be sorted.

I enjoy using Rent Manager, the customer support team is always there to help me in the chance when I need additional help, but overall, the system is very intuitive and user friendly
Pros
Rent Manager makes managing my buildings easy. The software is very intuitive and easy to learn. It has all the basics that i need to run my business.
Cons
I dislike that I cannot manipulate my excel documents directly in Rent Manager. I need to export my documents and save to my local machine which takes time. it would be much easier if I could do it all in one place.
