Pobuca Loyalty is a web-based multi-channel customer loyalty management platform which is designed to develop customer loyalty and grow repeat customers. Personalized campaigns with newsletter templates and automated flows can be created to engage customers, and delivered through email, SMS, push notifications, chatbots, and Viber. Customers can be segmented based on a variety of data, including campaign interactions, web or mobile app activity, demographics, interests, social data, shopping behavior, and more.
