The Bridge Patient Portal is designed to boost patient engagement by providing a self-service portal for patients to make appointments, pay bills online, view their care plans, contact their healthcare professional, make requests, fill out forms, and receive reminders for upcoming appointments. Beyond the patient portal, Bridge also offers a mobile-friendly communications platform for patients and healthcare professionals in order to provide a more personalized patient experience. The secure messaging feature facilitates mass email broadcasts to multiple patients, as well as one-to-one messaging between multiple healthcare providers or between patients and staff. Providers are able to respond to messages from the Bridge Patient Portal platform or directly from within any integrated EHR system, and patients receive email notifications when messages are delivered.
