What is CallSquad?
CallSquad is a cloud-based outbound call campaign software for teams which provides businesses with the tools to plan, execute, and track call campaigns for purposes such as sales development, recruitment, lead qualification, event invitations, opt-in marketing consent, and more. CallSquad can be used by onsite and remote teams with collaboration tools to coordinate and carry out outbound call campaigns within teams.
In order to help businesses engage their team and retain employees, CallSquad is designed to simplify daily tasks and eliminate unnecessary activities. By automatically routing calls based on priority, CallSquad allows agents to focus on their pitch. Within the team portal, users can view their team’s recent activity, keep track of campaign details and progress, and log their own successes for others to see.
Outbound call campaigns for any purpose can be programmed and managed within CallSquad with tools such as contact data upload, customer segmentation, targeted campaign configuration, multiple campaign management, and more. Campaigns can be customized with parameters such as daily calling hours, maximum call attempts per day, call time limits, and more. Users can track active and archived campaigns within the CallSquad system and view statistics on campaign performance such as number of leads and call outcomes.
CallSquad facilitates the recording of calls in order to allow management to monitor employee performance and offer feedback to individuals or teams. Real-time dashboards provide data on campaign progress and all team members can track their shared goals. The leaderboard tab allows businesses to recognize high-performing employees with insight into number of leads and calls, as well as the total duration of calls made by each user.

It's been great working with CallSquad
Pros
It's really quick and straightforward to set up our call campaigns and programme the various elements. It's especially useful being able to edit things like the sales script and change the number of dial attempts we make to each prospect. This means we can quickly adjust things in line with our requirements, rather than having to create a new campaign from scratch.
Cons
It could be easier to edit campaigns on a mobile device but as we use our laptops to access the software the majority of the time, this is not a real issue for us.

An ideal resource for outbound calling
Pros
CallSquad is really simple to implement as no special equipment is needed and there's nothing to download or install. When creating campaigns, there are numerous customizable options which you can edit whenever you need to. The customer support team are also great and quick to respond to questions or queries.
Cons
When uploading data via a spreadsheet, you have to follow the data template exactly otherwise records do not format correctly
Easy to use, helped us to be more efficient
Pros
Really easy to use. We had been managing outbound calls manually, via various systems, which had become complex and time-wasting to manage. This was massively improved and simplified with CallSquad.
Also, as as a regulated business, it was very important that we had ability (i) restrict the data that is shared with the team to only "essential" + non-sensitive information, and (ii) to monitor call recordings.
Cons
No specific dislikes so far and the team who are using day-to-day have been very happy, able to pick it up super quickly.
