Details Flower Software is a cloud-based business management software for florists and designers to organize events, inspire clients and connect with suppliers using a range of features including an events calendar, custom contracts and collaboration tools, plus invoicing and payments, e-signatures, color story design tools, and more. As a cloud-based solution, Details Flower Software gives users the flexibility to manage their florist business anytime, anywhere, via any internet-enabled device.
A proposal editing tool enables users to create professional, printable contracts, while customizable templates allow users to design event plans simply and creatively online. With the color story and palette design tool, users can upload images or enter a Pantone color to automatically see recommended shades and complementary colour options. Users can save favorite flowers and inspirations to the event design board for quick reference. The flower resource guide helps users manage their budget by providing information such as which flowers are in season and giving live pricing information from wholesalers and growers.
The event calendar allows users to manage schedules to stay on top of deposits and deliveries. Users can sync their Details Flower Software account with their bank account in order to collect payments, with Stripe integration for credit and debit card processing. E-signature functionality helps users capture dates and time stamps on contracts. Users also have access to online courses designed to help them learn how to use Details Flower Software effectively. Other Details Flower Software features include client pipeline, notations and tasks management, tables and seating calculator, multiple user options and user tracking, a projected expenses and budget calculator, executive documents for recipe coordination, delivery, and summary, and more.

I am saving time, money and no longer stress about ordering enough product. My clients receive a very clear and understandable proposal and contract. Communication is key to success and when working on a persons wedding or event I love they can see images of each bloom, pictures from their or your inspiration. This creates a beautiful working relationship where expectation are clear and what they will receive even clearer.
Pros
Easy use and continued branding. From start to finish everything we present the client is well polished and beautifully presented. On the back of house side. No more guessing on pricing, no more missed stem count, no more under charging, inventory is monitored, recipes for each items means staff will get the designers design right. The beautiful images in every proposal really "wows" the clients. Think a client is a "looksey" vet them first with the estimate portion. If they are pushy give them the executive proposal and keep your design under lock and key.
Cons
Making my old recipes find-a-ble. BUT it is only because I have used this for so long turning off and on was an option. Now it is an upgraded enhancement. . When creating a new recipe you have the option of turning this on or off. I just need to take time to find my favs and do it.

Pros
I like that I can create and keep recipes and present a proposal with a professional and professional look. It is helpful but I think it could be more streamlined.
Cons
I would like to flexibility to customize the proposals so they do not look like the proposals from other florists using the software.
I am not impressed with some of the templates (maybe I am not using them to make mine look unique) I would not pay for the ones from high end florists which cost a lot of money. I do not need another florists vision to present my work.

Details has created a customer facing product that I am able to customize to compliment my brand. This product provides a visual representation of our potential clients vision. It has increased my conversion rate substantially.
Pros
The customizable proposal is absolutely stunning and my clients are WOW’d by it each and every time. I am so very pleased with the software. It has been a game changer for my business.
Cons
There are only two items that I would love to see added:1. The ability to add a link to the bottom of the forms page to allow potential clients to book their styling consultation after they complete the consultation form2. I would like to be able to send the proposal and invoice links in a customizable email
