About Corsizio
Corsizio is an online event registration platform for classes, courses, and other educational physical and virtual events which includes tools for attendee registration and management, payment processing, feedback collection, and more. The software offers customizable forms, real-time reporting, support for multiple currencies, and integrated payment processing.
Corsizio is FREE for low volume monthly registration usage, and only $0.1 per new registration as pay-per-use for higher volume usage. You can accept online payments for only $1 flat fee per transaction. Everyone has access to all features with no monthly plans or subscriptions.
With Corsizio, users can create and manage an unlimited number of events, with the ability to set up custom filters to organize event listings. Attendees can register for events online through a single-step process with no login required, and custom fields can be added to registration forms to collect any attendee information. Native integration with Stripe enables the processing of credit and debit card payments, and users can view real-time reports on new registrations and revenue generated. Users can manage event pricing, with the ability to generate discount codes and coupons for promotions or internal use, setup early-bird pricing, and offer volume discounts for multiple registrations.
Corsizio automatically sends out registration confirmations, payment receipts, and refund receipts to attendees in real time. Attendees and instructors can also be sent reminders via email, and after events attendees can automatically or manually be asked to provide feedback. Integration with MailChimp allows users to automatically add attendees to mailing lists when they register, and attendee data can be pushed to CRM systems, calendar apps, and other platforms through Zapier.

Pros
It's pretty comprehensive in terms of the options it offers and very intuitive to use and easy to understand. They have several features that I had not even thought of beforehand but turned out to be very useful.
Cons
One major missing feature is to allow an open-ended payment field where the person registering can ENTER THEIR OWN AMOUNT! Such as when offering a course on a sliding fee scale or when the registrant can choose their own amount -- this would be very helpful.

Overall, given how affordable, flexible and customizeble Corsizio is, we have found it check's more boxes for us than any other platform, even though other platforms check some boxes that Corsizio does not, it does not lack any features we need (some are just accomplished in an unusual or non-typical way).
Though it may take someone with a little more advanced understanding of apps and platforms to be an administrator, its a platform easy enough for any user to learn and work with.
Pros
Firstly, that there is a fee-free level for processing low numbers of registrations monthly. Secondly, that the customer support response rate is rapidly fast and helpful. We also love that they provide ongoing upgrades to features to keep the platform growing in its benefits and usefuleness. It is also wonderful how customizeable the global features are as well as the ability to create customized fields, and confirmation/reminder memos.
We also wanted something that could embed in our own website so registrants would not be re-directed to app platform and end up leaving our site. Corsizio offers this with several customizeable options/settings.
Lastly, having the ability to assign team members with their own accounts and permission/account access makes it a fantastic choice for us that have staff which need to access events for various different reasons, rather than sharing one login with everyone. It's integration with Stripe, which utilizes the same team members interface/accounts option is also a positive feature.
Cons
Though we appreciate some of the formatting features in memos, we find it very limited and glitchy. We desire more fully developed formatting options that are eaier to implement. For example, it would be extremely helpful to be able to upload images rather than provide a URL link, as well as more flexibility with image placement around text in a memo and the ability to re-size.

This has been a great addition for our program. Having the option for students to register online is very convenient. The payment method seems to work well along with regular reconciling.
Pros
I really like the clone feature. This feature save a lot of time from having to create a new class every semester.
Seeing registrations come up separately from payment confirmations are nice.
The refund process is very quick and easy.
The option to have a customized message to customers when they enroll is nice.
Cons
We receive many complaints on why a person cannot register for multiple classes at once or be able to register more than one person at the same time. Having to go through the whole registration process and payment takes a lot of time.

It is great to hear that Corisizo offers you a great deal of value at an extremely affordable price. As for the requirement of each registration to be independent of one another on our platform, we explain all of that in detail in our help docs.
An event registration only requires a name and email address, but if you intentionally add many more custom fields to be collected, then you risk making the form too long for your customers.
Please contact our support and we will be happy to explain how that process works and how easy it is for a person to register one attendee after another in a flow to the same event, where all form fields stay filled in except the name field so the person can enter the other attendee's name. Again, our help docs explain all of that in detail.

We're utilizing Corsizio for prof. development courses and a unique student pipeline which requires two different catalogs. The ability to separate these instances was excellent. In fact, a lot of "oh no" moments along the way were quickly squashed by the feature set of this system, such as custom fields during registration. The big thing for us is leveraging the API to bring data back to internal systems, this is a relatively simple and straightforward set up as well. I am hopeful that the product continues to improve, but it's pretty solid as is at a more than reasonable price point.
Pros
The setup is smooth, the API is straightforward, our less technical users can register easily. Our admins within the system have also provided great feedback, we were just lucky to stumble on this solution.
Cons
It's hard to find things to complain about. Two minor things come to mind. One, the registration is not really a shopping cart style experience, so registrations tend to happen one at a time...not a dealbreaker for our needs but would be nice. Two, the onboarding process was almost nonexistent. We don't have an account rep, or success manager, or even anyone contacting us about using the system ever. It's very impersonal. As an IT guy, this is not really a bad thing to me, I just want it to work and I'm not interested in the relationship aspects of the vendor process, but it could have been beneficial a time or two and just struck me as odd.
