EngageBay is an all-in-one marketing software which combines lead generation, email marketing, marketing automation, CRM, and social media engagement. Designed to help businesses to acquire, engage, nurture, and close leads, EngageBay allows users to create email campaigns and automate marketing processes and sales funnels. The cloud-based platform can be used to aid with growing leads, creating and automating the distribution of email marketing content, and managing customer relationships using the in-built CRM.

The unified marketing suite within EngageBay provides businesses with the tools to design, manage, and run customized marketing campaigns. Email campaigns can be built using the range of pre-designed email templates, or made from scratch using the drag & drop interface. Custom images, text, layout, share buttons, and more, can be added to email marketing templates in order to create a branded message to engage new or existing customers. EngageBay facilitates customer segmentation, defined by conditional metrics such as age, location, type of customer, purchase history, and more, in order to target specific subsets of users. Marketing campaigns can be automated by defining workflows and funnels, as well as setting up triggers based on customer actions. Custom web forms can be created and added to business websites to capture leads, and landing pages can be built to optimize clicks and conversions.

EngageBay offers an in-built CRM to help users organize their business contacts, manage relationships, and track pipelines. With both marketing and sales teams working within EngageBay, leads and contacts can be guided seamlessly through the sales pipeline using just one synchronous platform. Contacts can be managed with tools for creating contact lists, searching within the contact database, storing interaction history, activity logging, and more. With EngageBay, users are able to gain visibility into the sales pipeline and track the status of every deal in real time.

    A dizzying array of tools in a nice, integrated package

    Pros

    The simplicity of connecting the API, the tracking tools, and the way that it manages to somehow pull together all the complex features needed into a single package and somehow make it appear that it's less complex than it really is. The capabilities here are astounding, but if the more complex things aren't needed, the system remains simple and straightforward.

    Cons

    It would be nice to be able to hide the links, tabs, and menus to things that aren't being used and re-add them if we decided to use them later. Also, the social media marketing only covers Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. I'd really like to have a much wider selection.

    I was actually testing both simultaneously having ruled out several others already. This platform is just much easier to get going on with far less customization needed. But the ability to customize is there if I do need it.

    I am not that experienced in CRMs in general. I've tried different ones throughout the time, but this one is the best in terms of getting it tailor made for you. Also love marketing stuff.

    Pros

    It has everything you need at one place, and it is extremely easy to set-up.

    Cons

    You paying per user. I know it is to mich to ask, but some users dont need the full functionality of the CRM. But unfortunately it is with most of CRM systems like this.

    Pros

    Pricewise is the system much cheaper than other Systems - especially if you scale.
    You can run more than one domains and the automation functions are good.

    Cons

    The system is less intuitive than e.g. hubspot. more complicated to setup and use.
    Help is only in english and there is no real support structure. Unless a old video guided support. This taks more time to effectively use it. What i really didnt like is, the strong outreach for positive reviews. I think i got 5 messages on that...within the first week.

    Pros
