Crowdfind is a SaaS platform that gives companies an easier way to handle lost and found. When something is turned in, employees can take photos of the items via the Crowdfind app, and add description and internal notes to help match claims to items.

Lost items are then posted it to a public facing lost and found page where customers can go and search for their items and file claims 24/7. The ability to take action as soon as they realize something is missing creates peace of mind for the customers. Crowdfind supplies companies with detailed matching methods to ensure the items are reunited with the correct owner.

From the Crowdfind dashboard, companies can manage inventory, create automated reports, communicate with customers via a chat tool, and invoice customers to have items shipped back to them via integrated shipping features.
