MobileWare Overview

What is MobileWare?

MobileWare offers enterprise mobility management (EMM), telecom expense management (TEM), and mobile device management (MDM) solutions for enterprise level and mid-market companies. Voice, data and wireless assets can all be tracked in a single interface, giving users control over cost allocation, invoices, inventory, and more. Cost reporting in real time, by business unit, cost code, or user aims to prevent overspend, with leveraging of artificial intelligence (AI) for data analysis to predictively drive optimizations.

MobileWare’s cloud-based management interface enables the tracking and updating of devices, both those owned by the company and any ‘BYOD’ personal devices. Automatic alerts are generated instantly whenever a users exceeds a defined threshold, and incurred charges and device utilization can be tracked in real time. Invoices are electronically routed based on user-defined workflows, and billing can be automatically allocated across centers based on accounting hierarchies. To ensure contract compliance, more than 500 specific audit rules are applied to each invoice. MobileWare also offers integrations with a range of applications including Workday, SeviceNow, OneLogin, Okta, ADP, and more.

Pros

MobileWare helped our organization save over $1.5M in the first year on our Verizon account. The intuitive GUI makes understanding the financial and usage data very simple and straightforward. Our ability to submit and track tickets and requests in the platform adds tremendous efficiency for our team

Easy to use. Excellent customer service. Helps with controlling Cell Phone Costs. Better way to inventory devices.

Cons

Cost Center Coding. Very difficult with our company accounting codes.
