Point-and-click configurability ensures PolicyHub is simple to use for admins, requiring no scripting or coding knowledge.

PolicyHub is designed to offer a simple policy and procedure management solution. When a new or revised policy is published, employees receive an email with a link to access all the documents they need to read and acknowledge the policy. Once an employee confirms the document as read, it moves automatically to the central PolicyHub documents library, where the newest version of the document can be accessed at any time. Full text search functionality helps users find any required policy documents quickly and easily.

PolicyHub allows users to add a compliance declaration for important documents or insert a test to assess employees' level of knowledge and understanding of critical policies. Users can store reference material in the PolicyHub library for quick and central access. PolicyHub logs all user actions to support a complete audit trail and reporting capabilities, allowing users to see who has or hasn’t accessed and actioned policies and related tests. Users can set up automated reports to deliver regular, real-time updates or generate reports as and when needed. PolicyHub integrates with Microsoft Office, Active Directory and a range of eLearning platforms to enhance the policy and procedure workflow.
