TeleCapture Overview

TeleCapture is a phone call tracking and recording solution for businesses, with free local and toll-free numbers for measuring marketing effectiveness and optimizing conversion rates. With TeleCapture, users can instantly access reports and dashboards to gather insight into how marketing campaigns are performing. The cloud-based app offers tools for call tracking, real-time reporting, data exporting, spam filtering, caller ID tracking, touch tone capture, call recording, and more.

With TeleCapture, businesses of all sizes can measure the effectiveness of their marketing campaigns with unique local or toll-free call tracking numbers and real-time reporting. Users can set up a toll-free number for tracking calls across the United States, or select a local number to measure success across a certain region or state. Once selected, TeleCapture tracking numbers can be setup in minutes and calls can be forwarded to the business number for data analysis. The spam call filter automatically filters out marketing companies and spam callers by tracking and blocking them as they come in.

Real-time reports can be generated based on call tracking data, in order to give businesses an overview of how effective their marketing campaigns are, how many conversions they have won, how engaged callers are, and more. The analytics dashboard allows users drill down on metrics including calls by day of the week, calls by hour, duration of calls, number of missed calls, and more, and call logs can be viewed to track each individual call, including data on location, number, time, action taken, and more. Calls can be recorded for training purposes, and recordings can be accessed within the call log alongside data on the call outcome in order to identify areas for improvement.

Excellent, highly recommended.

Pros

Very easy no-brainer set up and allows you to track what you are getting for your ad spend using these as tracking numbers.

Cons

No real negatives, you do have to pay by the minute but it is a pretty reasonable rate.

Easy configuration to set up recording verification calls to augment to written agreements. I was constantly shocked how many people did pay attention to the most important details. It was a life saver to be able to send them the recording of them saying "yes", they understood this or that, which was very clearly stated by our reps.

It's not free (oh well). Anything of value has a price.

TeleCapture has been 100% dependable... it works. When I had a billing problem because I got a new credit card, Customer Service helped quickly and professionally.

Pros

It works. It really helped my business stay connected to prospects and customers.

Cons

We have not had any problems. So I cannot state any cons.

We've been using for many years and very happy with the to track my incoming calls and move where the incoming calls are directed when needed.

Pros

Very easy to use. Easy to implement and view analytics.

Cons

Difficult to get invoice info in Internet Explorer

The Telecapture folks are very responsive and handle any issue extremely quickly. Love the service, just a little pricey.

Pros

Seeing who called, date, time and duration of the call and being able to access the recording when needed.

Cons

That is does not sort the calls like it used to. I could run a report before and sort the calls by date, by caller id or any other heading at the top to help see what is going on with my calls.
