Conrep is a web-based applicant tracking and PSA (professional services automation) software which enables consulting, staffing, recruiting and professional services organizations to track and manage applicants, bench sales and training, human resources, accounting and finance with a range of features including job order management, timesheets and expenses, self-service employee portals, email merge tools, onboarding and training modules, invoice management, and more. Conrep supports mobile access which gives staff and partners the flexibility to access reports and information on the go.

Conrep’s applicant tracking system is designed to streamline the hiring process, helping sales and recruiting teams to engage and select the most appropriate candidates for new posts using tools such as job posting automation, resume board integrations, candidate management, requisition management, and more. The bench sales module serves to enhance the bench sales team workflow with features such as hotlist management, mass mail integration and job search integration, as well as submission, interview, confirmation, and prospective candidate tracking. Email merge tools enable users to send personalized bulk emails to candidates, employees, clients, suppliers, or any other private/shared/role based contact list.

A complete HR system enables users to manage administrative tasks and communication with employee management, alerts and notifications, document management, e-signature integration, health insurance modules, an employee ticketing system, and more. E-signature functionality helps streamline onboarding processes, allowing users to collect documents with online signatures from new employees, vendors, clients, and training candidates. Accounting and finance modules support accounts receivable and accounts payable activity, as well as timesheets, expenses, payroll reports, billing, and more. Other Conrep features include customer and vendor management modules, plus project modules which help users track projects, state of work and purchase orders to the granular level.
