About AssociationVoting
AssociationVoting is a web-based election management tool for use with grants, awards, scholarships, boards, and committee elections. The platform is designed to help maximize voter turnout with features including nominations, hybrid elections, proxy voting services, and mobile-responsive online voting. AssociationVoting supports profession, trade, religious organizations, as well as home and property associations.
AssociationVoting enables the personalization of ballots based on region or sub-group membership, with no additional per-ballot fees. Using the secure online voting manager, election administrators can upload and manage their member database, add candidate biographies and photos, manage scoring weights, and edit, preview, and test ballots. In addition to default positions or propositions, users can also restrict a ballot item to a specific group or groups to allow only members in selected groups to vote on specific ballot items.
Online elections can help you securely and accurately collect votes during the meeting or AGM (virtual or live), as well as collect votes remotely well before the meeting to increase voter turnout and meet your quorum. Real-time systemic results makes tallying ballots obsolete. Online elections allow you to authenticate your voters wherever they are. AV supports voting rounds with our Live Voting Module. Each round’s participation and results can be viewed real-time and saved for your records.
AssociationVoting provides a hybrid election service designed to streamline the transition to online elections while providing accurate results, including paper ballot counts via scan or mail. Support for multiple proxy voting formats, including limited, directed, and general proxies, and quorum counts, is also offered. AssociationVoting provides real-time vote tallies online along with a detailed audit of the election in a record summary PDF so that users can track the progress of elections. AssociationVoting certifies that all election results are accurate and representative of membership votes.

The excellent experience we have had with AssociationVoting has allowed us to appreciate how convenient and effective online voting is for us. It has given us the most secure and efficient virtual space to perform our voting sessions with ease.
Pros
We didn't know our online voting would be such a success until we started using AssociationVoting. It is easy to use and makes voting process for everyone to be very undemanding. AssociationVoting keeps our votes very secure and gives a share view onto the results making our voting very transparent. It has also very well detailed voting reports which provides all the details we need to know about our voting sessions.
Cons
We have not found anything in AssociationVoting that is not worth to be liked. All features are super efficient.

We use the tool once a year for our annual meeting election of officers as well as survey questions.

Pros
Easy to set up. It's also quick and easy to get the results prior to our annual meeting. We also like the fact that we can set up the voter identifiers to be unit numbers so it's easy to track elections.
Cons
I haven't really found any negatives. It does the job for one election per year.
