> **Pros**: The basic modules in the solution are very much usable and easy to implement (just a week or so). It needs attention though, from your own organization. Someone needs to take charge in setting up things like a good content structure and take care of the roll-out. 

The software is also very versatile and allows you to solve organization specific problems. The solution is also not just an out-of-the-box SaaS, you can really customize the design towards your own brand, which is quite necessary for a brand portal.

> **Cons**: It's not clear how the solution fits in your IT architecture. For instance: a feature for content delivery is not yet available and would be great to have to solve issues with multiple content systems in your organization.

Benefits: single source of truth for guidelines and brand assets. Cost avoidance by handling content creation and appoval processes within the platform.
