Printbox’s prints editor tool allows users to manage hundreds of photos in a layout that is best suited for multiple prints ordering for products such as prints, posters, polaroids, or magnets. Users can crop the picture directly from the photo management panel, as well as include multiple filters and make adjustments. Organizations can define custom user journeys for different products with multistep configurators, create calculators for complex products with advanced pricing computation rules, and build custom rules for the product range with complex exclusions.
Printbox includes a built-in eCommerce system with a wide variety of templates which enables sales on a custom domain and branding. The CRM module helps users manage orders, communicate with customers, create multiple administrator accounts and access the dashboard. Customers can be presented with various upselling options at any stage of the buying process. Pros
It allows to commercialize photos, albums, calendars, graphic material in general. It has a variety of publishers that allow a wide variety of options that meet the needs in our shopping routes. It contains ready-to-use templates, applications for smartphones and endless options that make work easier.
Cons
It is basically designed for photographic products, if the market were a little wider it would be more attractive for the users.

I have been using Printbox, but I have discovered some drawbacks. The software can occasionally be quite slow, which has been one of my main problems. The software does not provide my customers with a variety of shipping options, I have also discovered. For some clients who want more options, this can be a problem. Overall, Printbox has some great features that make it simple to automate data entry and increase efficiency, but the slow performance, lack of file type support, constrained shipping options, and high pricing can be serious drawbacks that can occasionally make it frustrating to use.

Pros
Nothing, very messy back end. Confusing to us and their own staff.
Cons
Lack of flexibility. Couldn't make the website look anything like we wanted, felt very dated before it even launched. Had to abandon project and wasted thousands of pounds. I regret ever finding this company. I dealt with the [SENSITIVE CONTENT] who was completely unhelpful and didn't seem to have a grasp over his own product.

Pros
I love the fact you can easily personalize my products and customize all of my projects at once to meet my business goal. By using Printbox I can create several photo books and albums, with my favorite styles.Also I like the fact you can also create, design and edit business cards for your company.
Cons
It could be more user friendly, at least with IOS devices. But this is just minimal.
