Admincontrol is a digital collaboration and document sharing tool which gives businesses the opportunity to utilize board portals and data rooms for managing their board communications and data storage. Businesses and boards can use Admincontrol to control their sensitive information and processes, as well as organize and structure business-critical content. The cloud-based platform offers two integrated modules, one for managing board portals, and one for setting up data rooms.

The board portal features within Admincontrol allow board members to collaborate effectively, store and share documents, organize meetings, and communicate with one another online and in a paperless manner. Board members, committee members, shareholders, auditors, and any other users are able communicate within the platform using the messaging tools, and documents can be distributed securely with the click of a button. Permissions can be managed in order to control which members have access to specific documents, and all documents are archived and findable in a searchable database.

With Admincontrol’s board portal, board members are able to schedule upcoming meetings, create agendas, invite participants, and more, and documenting tools such as commenting, annotating, notes, and minutes are available to log information discussed within meetings. The electronic signature capture tool allows board members to sign off on documents online, and the offline mode facilitates document editing and viewing even when users don’t have access to an internet connection.

The Admincontrol data rooms module gives businesses the tools to share documents for due diligence, as well as other business-critical projects. The data rooms can be customized to suit business needs and used to share confidential documents, perform Q&A rounds, and outline procedures for business processes. Features include data import and export, process management, real time reporting, document annotations, drag and drop organization of documents, and more.

    All the papers are stored one Place very easy to find. You can sign Electronic. Always helpful support.

    I can t see so many disadvantages With this tool.

    Pros

    Very user friendly and gives good overview over meetings, folders and documents. Access possible from many platforms. Security and possibility of defining and limiting access.

    Cons

    Not all aspects are user friendly/intuitive for the administrators. Automatic numbering could entail choice of a,b,c ... instead of numbers only? Alignment of text on agenda could be better.

    We use admincontrol for both our board and top management. It works every time, and the users find it intuitive. For the future I wish that the app to iPad will improve.

    Easy interface, and intuitive for the user. Never had any trouble.

    Cons

    That I can´t use my iPad to upload documents. The search-engine could also be better.
