    Liscio changed our firm 3 years ago, and we are forever grateful! This one app saves us so much time and creates a better working environment for our staff and clients—no long-drawn moments of looking over countless emails for one item. Liscio is a forward-thinking app and a team to support it.
    All these perks in one place - Yes, It's worth every penny, and our clients agree. Plus this is a crew that listens to you and cares - you can't strike that with other apps all that often.

    Pros

    It's your company's white-glove service extension, and they are your partner in security/document management/client messaging. They offer consistent support to you and your team. Liscio delivers an astounding product and service that clients appreciate!

    Security, mobile texting notifications, messaging, and document signing/storage, all at your fingertips. It's a no-brainer, and it's why we invested in this product. They keep us compliant. Integrations to google drive, zoom, and others work well. Looking forward to more enhancements from the team.

    Pros

    We love Liscio for so many reasons. It's secure, it's reliable, WE CAN FIND OUR FILES, we have an amazing CSR and have had the same person for more than 2 years. He is so helpful and always has time for our questions. Our clients love using Liscio as do our team members. It's been a great move for our company. It's saved administrative time and so much money!

    They are rolling out new features all the time and we have been very happy with the new things they introduce.

    Great starter portal but data backup ended up being a deal breaker

    It's a good software for someone starting out with a client portal product. It helps establish some templates and some good habits towards consistent client communication and keeping client data in one place. It served my needs well until I needed more robust data backups.

    Pros

    I loved that it helped me reduce the many different ways that clients contacted me and pulled all communications into one place. It took a little effort to train myself and my clients to switch over, but it helped me develop good habits and a strict communication policy.

    Cons

    Lack of organization in file storage and complete lack of ability to perform backups. They use a tagging system instead of folder and file structure and that's fine in the short term. Over time, it becomes completely unwieldy. They say that the lack of ability to perform a data backup is a security feature of the software, but over time I've discovered that's what they say anytime their software lacks a feature. They've also been slow to implement features that competing software has and I eventually switched to one of those competitors. It is a little bit of a nightmare moving my client files from their platform because no matter how meticulously I tagged files for proper sorting, the file download pulls everything into one bucket of everything and even just selecting all of the files to download takes way too much time. Now I have the fun task of viewing and sorting every single file ever. I could select tags and data dump more selectively, but that would take even more time and no way to know that every file was caught.

    LOVE LISCIO!!!! Liscio has the ability to organize you so effectively, that you will feel like you have more time on your hands just with this organizational approach. I spend less time "figuring out what to do" and more time taking care of my clients "urgent" needs.

    Pros

    The process to move to Liscio was seamless, easy, and almost fun. It saves me time, it saves me having to use multiple products to organize the company, and I LOVE what is has done to assist my customers in receiving quicker feedback, organized discussions instead of emails that get lost or sent to spam. The highlight is ORGANIZATION and EASE PLUS PERFECT COMMUNICATION.

    Cons

    There is very little that this software is missing from the basics of organization. I look forward to when they can create a way to take a message and auto create a task from it, as well as take a completed assigned task and make it into a new to do task.

    This app is an integral part of my workflow. I use it as my practice management tool as well as for client communication and document storage.

    Pros

    In my firm, it all comes down to securely moving documents and communication with my clients. Liscio does all of that and then some. I am able to share documents with my team. We can assign our clients tasks. I love how I can tag documents and find them quickly.

    My clients also find Liscio easy to use. I work with attorneys and law firms so data security is my #1 concern. This one app allowed me to remove 2 apps from my app stack. It is constantly evolving and getting better, Their support team is the best!

    Some of my clients like to use texting. Liscio supports messaging securely through texting too.

    Cons

    I did not like the emails that came when I email within the platform. But one phone call to support and they shut off that feature.
