ISL Online is a remote support software that empowers you to offer fast remote assistance. You can access and control attended or unattended computers (Windows, Mac or Linux) in seconds from any computer or mobile device and provide technical support to mobile device users.     While some services were overloaded during the COVID crisis, there have been no technical difficulties with ISL. The service is robust, intuitive and works well.

    Pros

    There is very low overhead with this software, users don't need to install anything and remote support can be up and running within half a minute from call.

    Cons

    Running services or applications with elevated privileges on the remote computer is a bit of a hassle.

    Pros

    I love that you can self host ISL and your license comes with everything without a bunch of addons. The service has been super stable and easy to administrate/update with no real issues.

    Cons

    The biggest drawback with ISL is that third parties have literally 0 support for it. I work with Apple computers and MDM servers have nothing setup meaning you have to setup everything from scratch. I also have not found much documented about this from ISL.

    Not bloated with unwanted features and cost
