Smart guard scheduling tools enable users to create client-customized schedules with clearly defined roles and requirements from any internet-enabled device. Guardhouse provides users with quick access to information on who is working where, at what time, and at which site, including GPS tracking features to provide a real-time operational view for monitoring attendance and assessing incidents for improved client satisfaction. The customer portal provides a live view of the roster and displays staff licenses and renewals to ensure guards are ready to meet each client’s needs. A live dashboard provides real-time information on guards’ arrival confirmations, leave applications requests, and more. Users can also send instant email, SMS and push notifications to staff regarding new shift offers, schedules or updates.

Guardhouse enables accurate timekeeping and rate data which gets automatically transferred to itemized invoice totals, which can be exported into accounting systems. Features for invoicing include automated invoice generation and advanced charge out rate setup. Users can also view live on screen costings, calculate the profitability of sites, and track revenue vs labour costs with reports.
