ClosePlan provides users with the tools to optimize and manage their opportunity-to-close process; including opportunity qualification, customer relationship alignment and sales execution processes. Users can create and build organizational charts, opportunity qualification scorecards and best-practice sales playbooks with Closeplan’s relationship map, deal scorecard and sales playbook tools. Sales teams utilize Closeplan to enhance opportunity qualification and operationalize any sales methodology at scale, plus increase forecast accuracy and identify pipeline risks. ClosePlan also supports fact-based deal reviews, allowing users to focus on what has happened, as well as what needs to happen.

Deal scorecards are designed to create a common language across sales teams by adapting to any qualification methodology (MEDDIC, BANT, customer centric selling, etc). Users can create multiple deal scorecards for different business lines, sales regions and industries. Deal Scorecards provides sales leadership quick visibility into an opportunity’s health to better align deal conversations and take corrective action.

With ClosePlan, I get a great view of what I need to do to close the deal.

Pros

ClosePlan is a great salesforce app. Fast and easy install. Very easy to use with very little training. Very helpful in the enterprise selling process. Org chart builder and the deal scorecard are amazing. I can recommend.

Cons

Not much comes to mind. The app is stable and does what is claims to do.

Pros

Great tool.
Easy to use. Makes it easy to build customer maps in Salesforce. The tool is helpful in customer alignment. Working for a large enterprise software company, this tool is a must-have.

I can definitely recommend.

Cons

Not much to say here. Really nothing. Very useful. The relationships map I like most.
