Designed to provide greater control over costs and reduce spending, the solution allows traditional manual, paper-based purchasing management to be automated online, along with the full procure to pay cycle. ProcureDesk's purchase order system handles requisition with a number of features that include automated approval workflows, configurable to meet compliance policies, plus PO transmission also. A built-in request for quotes process claims to raise stakeholder engagement, with product catalogs offering an enhanced experience for employee ordering while encouraging supplier adoption. This is then backed by simplicity and convenience for employee requisition that is not only tracked, but also supported by receipt management for ensuring accountability is made more visible.

ProcureDesk’s invoicing module then goes on to assist accounts payable departments, providing automated electronic invoicing tools. Exception management uses 2/3-way matching to identify invoice issues, before routing those exceptions to the respective teams for resolution and approval. Supplier self service then invites suppliers to not only submit invoices, but view the invoice lifecycle process in full including issue exceptions and payment remittance instructions. Expense management focuses on spend control with a compliant system for making expense claims, applying configurable rule-based T&E policies and reporting on spending via dashboard visualizations.
