Overall, my experience with Helpmonks was not that great, but I do also take into account that the managers implementing it didn't provide very good instruction on how to make the software function.

Pros

I appreciated the ability Helpmonks has to distribute emails to others and to help with the tracking of who sent the emails. This made it very easy to follow up with agents that were helping with specific issues.

Cons

I found it very difficult to have a sense of completion with Helpmonks. There was not a simple way to make emails no longer show up, which made it harder to keep track of what emails had been handled or not.

Worth trying out

Pros

We were able to have our entire department logged into our company email without having it overused. Our old email system would log us out if we had over 20 people in at one time which proved to be troublesome. Helpmonks resolved that issue entirely.

Cons

It was generally hard to find emails that you had worked on before.
