Also not easy to use on the fly when you are hard at work on your press pad or wine cellar. Poor customer service and implementation. I would call with questions and the answer was always I was making my wine in the wrong order or watch the video on a topic. Anytime I have an issue, I just reach out to their support staff who returns my email in an hour or less typically. The best way to get a valuable response is to thoroughly describe your question or issue and include screen shots.
