What is Corcentric Payables?

Corcentric Payables is a cloud-based accounts payable automation platform which is designed to help midsize and enterprise companies automate, manage, and streamline their accounts payable process from end-to-end, including tasks such as invoice processing, carrying out purchase orders, generating approval workflows, and more. Corcentric Payables aims to transform the way businesses purchase, pay, and get paid by providing a range of features for managing business spend and building custom accounts payable workflows.

Invoices can be managed electronically within Corcentric Payables, with tools for generating E-invoices, processing invoices online, setting up approval workflows for invoices, and processing the related payments, all within one system. Electronic invoicing can be configured to suit the businesses needs, with the ability to define custom parameters and threshold definitions, while the scan and capture functionality allows users to capture paper invoices and turn them into electronic files. Corcentric Payables also facilitates electronic purchase orders with automatic routing for approval and transmittal to suppliers. Approval workflows can be setup and customized to control where invoices and purchase orders are routed for approval, and Corcentric automatically matches invoices to purchase orders and receipt of goods using the three-way match functionality.
