About Make
Create without limits. Make lets you build as if you were a developer, without writing any code.
Design workflows with as many steps as you need. Integrate an infinite number of apps in a single workflow. To build complex workflows, you can use Make’s powerful no-code toolkit, which includes advanced features like iterations, aggregations, conditional logic, filtering, error handling, execution history log, and more.
Key benefits of Make
• Full execution histories for the previous two months are maintained for every scenario, and all operations are automatically logged by Make unless disabled by the user.
• Scenarios can be run manually for users to observe data flow, and scheduled for execution at different timeframes up to every minute.
• Built-in iterators enable the splitting of data to be processed separately, such as multiple attachments on a single email, and aggregators merge multiple files or other data into a single bundle.
• Make's error handlers allow users to create custom routes to handle exceptions, using custom logic and filters to apply specific instructions or commands for the execution to continue.
• A range of functions are included for working with numbers, text, dates, and lists, enabling the mapping of multiple items into a single field.

Make is reliable and can make any workflow infinitely more complex and capable
Pros
They have many native connections as well as the option to connect via API which makes the use cases unlimited
The freemium is also great
Cons
Some of the connections don't work properly, maintenance could be better
The migration from Integromat was also a bit frustrating

Overall extremely satisfied. It is one of the cheapest options for our company. It is also very versatile, as it allows to build custom apps, which is made easy by good building interface.
Pros
It has a lot of preset applications ready for use such as Shopify, FreeAgent, Excel, Google Sheets, etc. Once you understand the layout it's very easy to work with.
Cons
It requires a weekly authentication for google accounts, which must be done manually. Also, the google connection setup is more complicated compared to the alternative platforms like Zapier.

Worst and most non-functional automation / integration platform that exists

The connections between Facebook and Sheets simply don't work. What is possible in under 5 minutes with Zapier will cost you an entire work day with Integromat / Make.com and you still will be stuck and nowhere. When you contact support with this, they try to tell you the bug isn't theirs while it is their issue to fix. And then they will send you tutorials on how to do it etc. While you did it perfectly according to the book. My conclusion: Make.com / Integromat does not maintain the Facebook API connection and now that the Facebook API refuses to function, all Make.com / Integromat customers are stuck.
Zapier is a somewhat more expensive, but given the massive amount of time and frustration you'll save, a more cheap solution than Make.com / Integromat!
Pros
It has a good dashboard. Its recent dashboard upgrade is an improvement.
Cons
The connections between Facebook and Sheets simply don't work. What is possible in under 5 minutes with Zapier will cost you an entire work day with Integromat / Make.com and you still will be stuck and nowhere.

I am very grateful for Makes existence.
Pros
No-code are great when it is easy to start with them but you can learn and grow with them without hitting a ceiling too early. Make fulfills this.
Cons
To be honest, nothing really comes to mind right now.
