About Vizitor
Vizitor is a free visitor management system which enables easy and secure check-ins of the visitors at the workplaces. The cloud-based platform can be deployed on Desktop and mobile devices such as tablets, iPad to facilitate the digital checking-in of guests. It also offers features such as host notifications, email invitations, badge printing, authentication tools, and digital signatures. Vizitor can be used by businesses of all types and sizes to manage and log all guest visits to an office or building. It is designed to digitize the entire visitor check-in process, from collecting visitor logs and verifying their identity to notifying hosts of visitor arrivals and collecting feedback from guests after their meeting.
With Vizitor businesses can allow their guests to check in on their own, via a self service device at reception, and the host or inviter will receive a notification in real-time to let them know that their guest has arrived. Visitor badges can be generated and printed from the Vizitor system, and can be personalized depending on the visitor type. Real time visitor logs are stored within the system in order to keep track of who has entered the building, and also to monitor performance metrics. The Vizitor platform can be customized to fit with company branding, and security is maintained by only allowing those with permissions to retrieve personal data from the system.

They are vey flexible and customer focus. But internal test is not so strong. They should release any version before thorough testing. But good people and ready to enhance based on customer requirement.

It was easy to implement, and easy to train people to use.
Reports are easy to run, clear to read and can be done real time.
I like the simplicity of the software.
Cons
I have multiple locations, and this is a misstep on my part, but some of the locations get bundled together. For instance if I want to run a report on location a, b, c, d, e, and f. A, b, and c are all lumped together but then d and e and f are all individual. I wish I could make them all individual.
