About Jet Interactive

Jet Interactive is a call tracking system which helps call centers and marketers track the source and result of their calls, and then feeds this information back into their CRM and/or analytics system. Jet Interactive ensures sales teams have access to real-time data (before answering the call) to see which ad has triggered the call. The platform works with both online and offline ads. Jet Interactive gives insight into which ad channels deliver sales, helping users know where to allocate their advertising spend. Users have quick access to all of their call data from the central Google Analytics call dashboard.

The Jet Interactive solution enables users to track calls from mobile call extension ads on search results pages, as well as track calls from mobile websites. The platform also records calls, integrates with Adwords and tracks call duration and calls to sale. Jet Interactive also tracks calls from desktop websites and from mediums other than Adwords like organic searches or referrals. The platform only records real calls. Jet Interactive integrates with CRM and marketing tools, helping users see exactly where calls are coming from and which ad they have just seen. Users can classify calls as real, fake, sale or no-sale, and this information is recorded in both CRM and analytics systems. Adobe Analytics integration enables users to access and analyze valuable phone call data, along with other marketing metrics.

Brilliant experience. They close the advertising loop, allowing us to see call data on a keyword level. We are not way more efficient at advertising, we know what works and what doesn't. Moreover the system tracks calls, so we can see if they were effective leads or not, and coach our sales team to be better.

Pros

All out call tracking data (online & offline) is tracked and recorded in Analytics. They support all major analytics programs, but we use Google Analytics. They even provide a dashboard which shows total calls tracked, and then feed that data in on a keyword level. It has closed the loop on our advertisng.

Cons

Their team is good, but their product is high in demand. Sometimes I have to wait 2 or 3 minutes for support. They are still good, but I hope they scale their team as this is a hot product people need.

Pros

The softphone is especially useful. Easy to use, sensible defaults, no funcitonal issues encountered. The system generally is functionally competitive with rival software, the graphical interface for the IVRs makes the system more intuitive for management.

Cons

The time scheduling for opening hours could be more flexible, particularly for ad-hoc changes, also no option yet to align with scheduled public holidays. More levels of access below administrator would be useful for team leaders.
