zHealth is an industry-leading, all-in-one chiropractic software with features - custom SOAP notes, integrated billing, scheduling & real-time phone support.

The software comes with online appointment scheduling and unlimited reminders. The speech recognition functionality assists chiropractors with SOAP note dictation and real-time speech-to-text conversion. With its patient portal feature, patients can complete the intake forms and check-in on the front desk kiosk. The software automates the collection of outcome assessment from patients and also automatically scores them as well. zHealth’s billing module allows billers to create invoices, submit insurance claims and generate reports. The integrated payment processing solution - zHealth Pay - allows you to collect payments online, in the office, save cards on file, and automatically collect patient balances via an automated text message. The solution is available on a monthly subscription and support is provided via email and phone.

Easy, practical and not expensive

Pros

zHealth EHR allows me to run my practice without having any front desk staff. Patients schedule appointments directly from my website, they receive automatic reminders, and they check themselves in using a tablet at the front desk. I love how I don't have to type my notes, I can just dictate.

Overall I like it, there's never going to be the perfect EHR system but this one has a lot of features that are easy to use.

Pros

User friendly, easy to learn, many features such as credit card payment, text reminders, messaging, and billing included

Cons

I wish I could modify my SOAP notes more, the system can be slow at times but I know they are working on that, and the clearing house they work with is tricky and slow.

Scheduling feature and the clearing house linked to EHR

Zhealth's EHR Customer service has been the worst that I have experienced as a practitioner for over 52 years. The sales team lies to sell you on the product and fails to deliver. The Customer Service Rep/ Manager has no consideration or regard for the client's needs and has been full of excuses. It has been extremely exhausting and challenging to work with Zhealth and the customer service ... For example, they failed to provide acupuncture templates for 6 - 8 months, and we were stuck using chiropractic templates. The billing and scheduling systems have glitches ... customer service team is slow to resolve issues or never addresses them. I encourage you to save your time and money and find a better company to partner with... these guys are a sham and a scam! We recently integrated with Jane EHR and the experience has been wonderful. A much better platform and Jane's customer service is solution oriented with a smile.
