Sympa HR is a cloud-based human resource management solution designed to help small to large businesses streamline and manage employees and organizational data within a unified system, improving return-on-investments and revenue on routine tasks. Apart from HR departments, it enables top management, managers, and team leaders to track team-members’ absences and availability and make informed decisions based on their performance.

Key features of Sympa HR include human capital administration, analytics & reporting, talent management, a HR dashboard and employee self-service portal. It allows managers to set and identify goals for individuals as well as teams and monitor progress & performance targets through a centralized dashboard. Plus, it comes with tools to gain real-time updates/follow-ups and insights into organizational structure, allowing leaders to improve planning and forecast workforce predictions within the organization.

Sympa HR facilitates integration with several third-party applications such as Epicor, CGI, Visma, Hogia, Nmbrs, M-Files, SAP SuccessFactors and more. It also provides an Open API for businesses to modify and develop platform according to requirements of the businesses.

I would have liked to have a dashboard on the first page, but we solved that with an power BI integration.

Flexible solutions to build your own environment to suit your organizational needs. You can build for the basic functions or you can build the solution to meet all complex Employee Life Cycle management needed in your organization.

For a tool that you can utilize for your entire HR cycle, Sympa is definitely a great HRIS that is very easy to implement from the start of your employment process. They work very well with your needs and customer service is exceptional!
