FastField is a mobile forms solution which enables users to create custom mobile forms to collect data & automate their digital forms workflow with a range of tools including a customizable form builder, native iOS and Android and web applications, offline data collection, 3rd party system integrations, and more. Users can build digital inspections, checklists, work orders, and business forms in a few simple steps. The forms builder allows users to create and deploy forms in minutes. Users can then assign forms to any number of people for completion. FastField enables users to generate reports with collected form data.
FastField offers multiple platform support, allowing users to create and manage forms on any computer, laptop, tablet, or mobile device. Users can even collect data offline as FastField works without an internet connection. Forms save the data locally and then sync with the platform automatically once reconnected. FastField also supports image capture with annotations and drawings and built-in integrations with DropBox, Google Drive, Sharepoint, and more. API access allows users to connect with internal and 3rd party systems. Other use cases for FastField’s mobile forms include incident reporting, time tracking, site security, installation, repair and maintenance, surveys and feedback, and more.

Pros
The first thing I like about Fastfield is the ease with which I can create forms on already designed templates that help me to do everything faster and the second thing I like is the easy distribution to collect information according to the forms answered, this makes a very complete work set where the information that needs to be known I can obtain through the forms and have more correct statistics
Cons
Sometimes the application has taken a long time to load all the information, it is the only thing that fails me and I do not feel that it is a big failure that affects my work

Pros
Easy to set up and start using!I was able to set up and start using forms right away. Customer service was there to help with some of my more complicated workflow ideas.
Cons
Some limitations to what I can imagine for the software, but they were very receptive to my ideas!

My "Likelihood to Recommend" rating applies to only companies with similar requirements as our company. This would likely be higher for companies with different requirements. The company is working to improve in areas that need to be addressed. Will make appropriate updates to review as warranted.
Pros
Easy to configure (does not require someone highly technical)
Feature set is expanding
Company has a desire to improve product
Cons
Poor handling of large lists / data
No phone support, email response usually 1-12 hours (which can be very frustrating if issue is misunderstood)
Has struggled to resolve critical bugs
No list connectors (Google Sheets, SQL Server, etc)
Data portal is buggy (search function will freeze your browser)

Pros
Creating forms using FastField has been fantastic
it provides the necessary tools for quick and easy creation, data collection is much more concrete and easy to analyze. The application is very easy to use and all forms can be distributed quickly
Cons
I can't say that I dislike anything because the entire process of creating forms is easy and the application and the website have always worked correctly

Employees on site have now switched to Fastfield forms. It allows for fast and accurate data entry, has a well-designed mobile app and features such as baking in scripts in your forms.
Whenever a form is submitted, I can use automation platforms to trigger a business workflow. Fastfield has integrations that allows forms to be submitted to platforms such as Sharepoint. Forms can even be sent in JSON or xml formats.
They also have native support for multi-level approval processes.
Pros
1. Ease of integration with automation platforms and services
2. Excellent and fast customer support(usually answer within a day). Even managed to organise a face-to-face meeting with one of the support engineers.
Cons
Additional consideration:
More flexility when it comes to manipulating data such as lookup lists
