About STR Vision
STR Vision CPM is a web-based construction project management solution that helps small to large businesses manage bidding, planning, execution, cost estimation, quantity takeoff, and more. Users can also manage price lists, materials, equipment and employees via 4D and 5D building information modeling (BIM).
Key features of the platform include proposal submission, price list import, cost analysis, automatic estimation, custom reports, Gantt charts, tender specifications, jobs accounting, and estimate comparison. STR Vision CPM provides an IFC viewer that lets users upload IFC files for 3D object modeling and exploration. Users can also pull prices, labor costs, and equipment charges from integrated ERP systems.
STR Vision CPM provides a drag-and-drop interface that enables users to modify the assembly of items in a database. The solution integrates with various third-party applications such as Archicad Graphisoft, Autodesk Revit, Nemetschek Allplan, Tekla Structures, Oracle Primavera, Microsoft Project, ALYANTE TeamSystem, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP and SynchroPRO.

An exceptional BIM tool to analyze, evaluate and control a building work

Pros
With Vision CPM I can help Building and Engineering Companies to analyze every aspect of the economic evaluation of a building, both from a preventive and a final point of view; It is difficult to summarize in a few lines the amount of work that can be developed with this software.
The thing that excites me the most is the approach to the BIM process: a real revolution, able to considerably reduce computation times and to increase the accuracy and quality of work of the 4D and 5D dimensions of a BIM job.

I work in AEC industry as a BIM Engineer. I need to work with different softwares to optimize the design process. STR Vision is the best way to control the BIM process for time and cost management. I can import my IFC project into the software without errors. No need to rework the building information. When I upgrade my IFC design model the software connects automatically the economical information with the new part of the project.
