Primary features of FWA's Commercial Moving System include dispatch management, moving management, project billing, labor payroll, storage billing, and reporting. The platform provides tools to define and classify workflows in several moving specialties such as commercial, rigging, and library. It also comes with a scheduling dashboard which allows users to track and manage employee dispatch, vans, subcontractors, equipment requirements and warehouse tasks in real time.
FWA's Commercial Moving System provides a billing module which lets businesses manage payroll for employees based on use of labor, equipment and materials. The platform also allows users to customize general ledger mapping according to work types, product records and generate invoices in PDF formats for distribution via fax, emails or hard copies.

Overall we have been extremely happy with the CMS. It has made the paperwork portion of our business much more efficient, and aesthetically better. It has allowed us to operate with 50% less operationally dedicated labor than we needed before, to produce a vastly superior product. It has also allowed us to communicate more efficiently and within the guidelines of our CBA with our employee's Labor Union. We have seen a marked improvement in bring down our operational costs since installing the program.
Pros
The ability to generate and link any type of paperwork to a specific project, gives us the ability to track costs on a project by project basis, as well keeping customer histories, with regards to contact & building information.
Cons
The payroll & billing portions of the program are a little too cumbersome to use. There are a lot of extra steps required to close out jobs for billing and time sheets for payroll, when you are working on projects that last more than one day.

Pros
Once the training was completed the product is very user friendly

The reporting system is a bit limited for our needs but we are working with the system admins to make improvements

Material tickets and the bridge to the 814 ids.
Cons
Not a lot of pre-loaded fields. Warehouse tickets are still time consuming.

Pros
The customization opportunities are excellent. You can pretty much create an idea on paper that works for your business, and they will help you figure out a way to use technology to your advantage in regards to the idea. In addition, customizations are done quickly.
Cons
Only real critique is not having the ability for automated reporting or at least not that I am aware of yet.
