InnBuilt HRMS is a web and mobile human resource (HR) management system which allows businesses to control employee leave, absences, and data, from one central system. The mobile HRMS app allows employees to manage their data in a self service manner from anywhere when working remotely, and employers are also able to track the location of their workforce in real time using geolocation and the check-in, check-out functionality.

With InnBuilt HRMS employers are able to manage their team’s leave, track attendance, and gain access to a centralized employee database containing information on entitlements, planned leave, location, contact details, and more. The cloud-based platform can be utilized on desktops or mobile devices so that teams can maintain connection even when working across different locations.
