Pushpay

About Pushpay
Pushpay is a digital giving and engagement platform designed to help churches manage processes related to donations and fundraising. It allows faith-based organizations to increase generosity and participation, engage with communities, and streamline financial workflows.
Pushpay enables church leaders to build a personalized mobile application with features such as push notifications, app badges, and other customizable fields to improve brand value. Users can also send custom thank you letters to donors and updates on campaign progress to givers. Plus, community members can maintain and edit their personal information within their profiles in the church application.
Pushpay comes with an admin portal, which lets enterprises automate administrative tasks and reduce manual labor through insight-driven reporting. It facilitates integration with several third-party platforms such as Church Community Builder, Fellowship One, Rock RMS, Planning Center, Focus Missions, Ministry Platform, QuickBooks, Elvanto, One Church Software, Seraphim, UCare, Shelby Systems, ACS Technologies, ServantPC, The City, Real, Power Church Software, Logos, ChurchTeams, and Shepherd’s Staff.

I use Push Pay to tithe, and I have been for a few years now.

Peace of mind, ease of tithes, and a nifty record come tax time of my charitable givings. Thanks Push Pay!
Pros
Simple, large buttons without a lot of "noise" on its landing pages. Checking out should always be simple, and while I'm not "checking out" when I tithe, it's still a point-of-sale system that I use to remit money. Push Pay has been exceptional at removing the barriers, and it's far safer than dumping cash in the offering bucket.
Cons
I have zero complaints about Push Pay; the only suggestion I would offer is for Push Pay to encourage its churches who use the system to create more sub-funds to tithe to. That responsibility lies with the churches themselves, yes, but if you really want to over-deliver, I suggest talking to these decision makers and encourage them to expand their tithing options. E.g. instead of just "missions" and "building fund," have several options.

Great software to organize finances and giving

A great way to combine a multitude of services into one!
A great way to combine a multitude of services into one!
Pros
Pushpay makes offering/tracking/reviewing finances incredibly easy from the admin side to the app side. We used to have separate services for text-to-give, online giving, etc. Now, we've centralized everything with Pushpay and can't imagine doing it any other way. Customer service is great as well!
Cons
I wish the transactions filter was more user-friendly; having time limits on lookups make it difficult if you're searching for a rogue gift or looking at long-term trends. Besides that, it's hard to complain.

Worst Church Management Software Ever

The salesperson lied to me that they will be giving me 6months to try the product after which I can decide if I want it or not. When I blindly signed the contract, they refused to provide any form of implementation support. Just referring me to some crazy university. If I have to spend hours learning to use software, then what am I doing paying hundreds of dollars monthly? I asked for the cancellation of the contract as it does seem a good fit for me. And they bluntly refused. I am still considering taking legal action. They are a bunch of crooks. Will never recommend them to anyone.
Pros
Never get to implement due to lack of support.
Cons
The sales team and support are liars and deceptive. They will promise one thing just to get you to sign a 2 years contract. But when you are in, it's completely different. No Support. No Implementation Support. Just some useless courses to spend hours learning. Who does that?

We are trying to create and easy way for our missionaries to gain support and create an easy donor experience for people.
Pros
Pushpay is easy to use for donors. The customer support was wonderful and the resources they give are wonderful. They can make customizable apps you can create. It has changed our donor experience and improved our giving.
Cons
The one thing I dislike is we struggled to set up all our accounts for our missionaries under one banner. It took us a while to create that and took a lot of brainstorming with our person at pushpay.

Love it and I tell all my pastor friends how we enjoy it.
Pros
I love how easy it is to give to our church, or any church that is set up. On the side of setting up for different giving options with my church it is super easy and works great! Over 75% of my churches giving comes in on PushPay.
Cons
Can’t really think of anything I don’t like.
