GLIDEparcs is a cloud-based solution which helps businesses in the commercial real estate, residential, hotel and retail sectors manage parking operations. The platform lets users design parking facilities with a low environmental impact. By avoiding gate arms, GLIDEparcs supports streamlined vehicle entry and exit.

Key features of GLIDEparcs include citation tracking, ticketing, tow management, payment processing, and access control. The platform supports validation and identification by scanning license plates with daily, weekly and monthly timelines, eliminating the need for verification using physical credentials such as proximity cards, tickets or AVI tags. The application uses recognition cameras to scan license plates and ensure timely payments by vehicle owners. The net promoter score surveys module lets firms generate customer feedback to measure the performance of parking facilities and resolve detected issues.

GLIDEparcs comes with a vehicle detection system, which helps collect information and record details such as space occupancy, transactions, and more. The platform supports integration with various third-party applications like Spot Hero, T2 Systems and Parkwhiz, helping users to book parking slots before reaching their destination.

It has opened up my parking facilities to transient parking with no hardware costs and therefor has increased parking revenue.

Pros

It has minimal steps for parkers to initiate a session and I love that people can extend their time without going back to the parking facility. I also love that it reduces lines at a pay station or waiting to enter or leave a parking facility.

Cons

I can't think of much. The only small thing is that because I am an Admin, I get an email for each of my parkers each month for renewal. It would be nice if they were consolidated into one email.

As a manager, I routinely have challenges gaining full access to my account and the spaces allocated within the system.

Pros

Adding new customer accounts is very easy, and user friendly as was deleting accounts

Cons

Changing account information, specifically, user accounts are tied to email address...there is no easy means of changing an account email address without incurring penalty

Pros

Every property we have is different, so it has been helpful where we rolled out GlideParcs that they have helped tailor to the specific property.

Cons

Our customers who are not use to Smartphone apps or texting have struggled with instructions. So getting the info in the garage to be clear for customers has been a challenge.
