CoreOne Suite is a cloud-based and on-premise IT management solution which helps medium to large businesses manage identity, access, operations, and single sign-on. The platform enables users to automate employee entries, withdrawals, transgressions and mutations with role-based authorizations.

CoreOne Suite helps businesses regulate the identity lifecycle, as well as onboarding, attributes, delegation, multi-factor authentication, and more. The platform's key features include biometrics, credentials and password management, a self-service portal, compliance and auditing, identity federation, a universal directory, social sign-on, and standard connectors. CoreOne Suite collects employee details such as job start/end data, contractual relationships, personal information and organizational functions. The platform also supports audit trails for real-time monitoring, enabling users to track activities, trace events, recover data, and perform targeted testing.

CoreOne Suite includes a visual workflow designer with automatic documentation which enables users to create, modify, and manage custom attributes. The platform integrates with various third-party applications such as G Suite, Office 365, Salesforce, Zendesk, Workday, Dropbox, and Amazon Web Services.

The perfect Identity solution with a lot of extra features

We are using the software for managing our users and their access to different type of applications.


The CoreOne Suite delivers a 360-degree solution for identity and access management. It also delivers extra features in IT Operations Management which is a perfect fit. I really appreciate the approach of IT Sense how they develop their product. They are very customer oriented and they really gather feedback from their customers. The feedback is then later implemented in the software. Also customization is possible. The support is pretty good. You have a direct contact with an employee and they respond pretty fast.


There is no real Con about the CoreOne Suite, only the pricing could be more clear. Sometimes you have to buy an extra module to use a function. But this is also a Pro in my view, as you only pay for what you really need.
