Pros

With the click of a button on my pc, I am able to dial a person by name to my desk phone. I can also send IMs

Having someone upgrade to compatibility is a bit of a seek and find.

Pros

Phone call quality is good and the web portal to manage the phone system is easy to navigate. Support is quick to respond to any issues.

Cons

I personally haven't ran into any issues which i would consider a con. I will update my review if i run into any issues.
