About STAAH Channel Manager

STAAH Channel Manager is a cloud-based channel management and online distribution system which assists hotel and property managers with booking and revenue management. Key features include inventory control, channel analytics, PCI compliance, and analytics.

The application comes with a revenue analysis module which lets staff members monitor competition and adjust room prices based on demand and occupancy. Managers can use the global distribution system to apply 'stop sell' limits, manage inventory updates and measure channel performance. STAAH Channel Manager lets hotel chains handle multiple properties through a single login and group reporting. Accommodation managers can use the mobile application to accept and confirm bookings in real time.

STAAH Channel Manager includes a metasearch engine which lets users compile room rates on a centralized dashboard from channels such as Google, Tripadvisor, Hotels Combined, and Trivago. The platform integrates with third-party payment gateways and allows firms to accept online payments for bookings. Team members can track direct booking conversions by integrating tools such as Optimum, Bookingdirection, Sabre, and more.

Pros

The software is very easy and simple to use. The screen layouts are self explaining and you can navigate with few clicks. Booking engine is combined in same login so very easy to manage. Mapping is dynamic with channels and rate comparison tool as well as review tool are included in same login. System can handle multiple pictures for property and rooms. You can even use this information to build your own website. Booking engine is completely dynamic and like the PROMO code features.

The best part of STAAH is the support that we get for any issues that is brought to their notice. Its very instant and never kept unresolved.

Need to look into rate disparity issues, I suggest that STAAH should have some feature installed which will enable us to check rate disparity.
