About STAAH Channel Manager
STAAH Channel Manager is a cloud-based channel management and online distribution system which assists hotel and property managers with booking and revenue management. Key features include inventory control, channel analytics, PCI compliance, and analytics.
The application comes with a revenue analysis module which lets staff members monitor competition and adjust room prices based on demand and occupancy. Managers can use the global distribution system to apply 'stop sell' limits, manage inventory updates and measure channel performance. STAAH Channel Manager lets hotel chains handle multiple properties through a single login and group reporting. Accommodation managers can use the mobile application to accept and confirm bookings in real time.
STAAH Channel Manager includes a metasearch engine which lets users compile room rates on a centralized dashboard from channels such as Google, Tripadvisor, Hotels Combined, and Trivago. The platform integrates with third-party payment gateways and allows firms to accept online payments for bookings. Team members can track direct booking conversions by integrating tools such as Optimum, Bookingdirection, Sabre, and more.

Pros
A great system that allows you to manage your inventory very effectively and reduce any risk or errors. The platform itself is very easy to use and understand. A great team that supports you whenever you need them, an all-around well-received product.
Cons
Working with multiple PMS providers and channels, they have the opportunity and should connect to more providers.

Overall I am very happy with Staah and can definitely recommend the tool, especially for hotels who are looking to make managing OTA rates as easy as possible.
Pros
The system is easy to use and very straightforward. Most OTAs can connect with Staah, however, there are some local ones that haven't established connectivity yet. The customer support is amazing. This channel manager has all the basic features needed to make daily revenue management a lot easier.
Cons
It does lack some advanced revenue management features some of its competitors offer.

It's a great experience to work with STAAH and STAAH Team, Specially Manoj and Deepak who always ready to help any time, both of them very professional and energetic.
Pros
The software is very easy to operate.
We can maximize online presence, enhance occupancy and rates without any risks of overbooking.
We get all information on the dashboard which makes it easy to keep track on hotels performance.
Cons
Although everything is fine But many times getting issue with the reservation rates on vouchers, special the including tax rates. (i know it's technical issue)

Thank you Parul for your review and kind words. We are aware of the voucher discrepancy, which relates to one OTA, but as the modification happens on that OTA after and separately from the inventory update in STAAH it is unfortunately beyond our control.
