My overall experience with Wooqer has been positive. The platform is effective for managing store communications, data collection, and process automation, especially in a large-scale retail environment like ours at V-Mart.

It has the potential to automate most of the SOPs in an organisation, more than decent UI and easy to use.

Cons

Implementation team needs to be pro-active and ensure SOPs are not just created but implemented, executed & monitored well.
