Restaurant365 is a cloud-based solution which assists restaurants with inventory management, operations, performance tracking, payment processing, multi-level approval flows and more. It provides customizable reports on metrics such as sales, menu items, labor, inventory and food and recipe costing.
The application comes with an accounting module which aggregates data from POS devices and exports it into the connected payroll processor. Teams can use Restaurant365 to prepare budgets for multiple locations and process data such as food and recipe costs and inventory. The suggestive ordering feature lets procurement team optimize their inventory purchases and track stock counts. Employees can create schedules for different functional areas of the restaurant and monitor performance objectives and labor costs. It lets shift managers track hours worked by staff and manage time off requests.
Restaurant365 provides customizable reports on metrics such as sales, menu items, labor, inventory, and food and recipe costing. Managers can use the system to generate real-time operational profit and loss reports. The AP automation tool creates digital versions of paper invoices and routes them through workflows for approval.

Pros
Restaurant365 has revolutionized restaurant accounting. It has made it easier for us to keep track of our finances and see more readily exactly how our stores are doing.
Cons
It was a bit clunky at first, but the friendly and helpful CS agents have helped us every step of the way.

I am hopeful to get started and rolling in R365, but have a feeling it will be a long road before that happens due to their lack of communication or willingness to help a brand new customer.
Pros
Restaurant 365 is a great cost cutting and accounting management tool. The third party implementation team is engaged and very helpful
Cons
The process for customer service starts and ends with sales, which had many false promises.
- Incorrect billing dates and cycles
- Bank connection issues, that were raised in sales call and promised to not be an issue are not a huge issue.
- No one managing the onboarding process. AP Payments beginning 5 weeks past go live date.
- multiple "tickets" that have never been resolved
- lack of being able to speak with anyone about resolving me issues.

We have streamlined our accounting process. It still needs work, but it's much better than using quickbooks online. We use the invoicing, payments, and inventory weekly if not more frequently.

Ease of use, in depth customization and all of the information that you can need for restaurant management

No cons that I'm aware of at this time. The deployment can take a long time due to testing and customization.
