The platform provides tools to help users maintain the entire construction lifecycle via any internet-enabled device.
Key features of 4PS Construct include bid management, equipment tracking, purchase orders, CRM, estimating, RFI and submittals, incident reporting, remote access, and accounting integration. Administrators can give access to internal, as well as external employees for various documents such as quotes, specifications, invoices, drawings, e-mails with attachments, and more.
Built on Microsoft Dynamics NAV, the application helps streamline financial bookkeeping based on mutual current account entries, bank statements, ledgers, liquidity forecasts, and more. Building Information model (BIM) functionality enables enterprises to centralize all information related to the construction lifecycle. 4PS Construct supports integration with various third-party applications such as Microsoft SharePoint, Office 365, Stack, and more, helping users to design 3D models for industrial buildings.

Great company great staff. Sounds a little to good I know but the team they have do the utmost to help the front line service desk are professional the 2nd level support are approachable and knowledgeable which isn’t often the case with some companies. I get quick results and helpful guidance.
Pros
I’ve been working with this product for nearly 2 years and find the customisable nature very attractive. I’m breaking into using the dynamics nav extensions and this is opening up the whole application I would strongly agree with anyone interested in this product to get on board with extensions love it.
Cons
This is a little more difficult to answer. If I was being overly critical there are annoying differences between the full client and the web client which over time will get resolved I’m sure.

Pros
Visibility across the business, ease of reporting and time saved for all users. Versatility of the product combined with Jet Reporting has been a game changer for Argyle.
Cons
We've had some issues with the estimating side of the software, I don't think it is as intuitive as we would have liked.

Pros
The system is customisable to better tailor to individual needs and covers most of our business processes.
Cons
The UI is dated. Not everyone that works in the construction industry builds houses and there are a lot of fields that relate to houses. Some features are not fully deployed throughout the whole system.

Cons
There is nothing that springs to mind other than to be sure that the scoping document covers all requirements.
