Features of iCompass include a self-service portal, agenda manager, minutes manager, document center, action tracking, digital voting, website widgets, email templates, approval workflows, annotations and more. The centralized platform allows users to create and share agendas, which can be accessed and reviewed on all devices. Plus, the video manager HD solution, through integration with YouTube, provides features such as live and recorded webcasts, automated closed captioning, the ability to embed video links in agendas, and more.

iCompass comes with a Board Manager module, which allows governments to streamline communication within committees, communities and boards through online postings and applications, auto updates for agendas, roll calls and minutes. It facilitates integration with third party platforms including SharePoint, EarthChannel, Contract Tracker, Public Records Request Tracker, Granicus, Laserfiche and more.
